Panjwar, a small village in Siwan, is a glorious example of how an initiative taken by an individual could transform the lives of several others. Here we met Ghanshyam Shukla, a retired teacher who started a music school. Next he started an intermediate school for girls and later went on to establish a degree college as well. You could see girls playing hockey and football here. Thanks to these institutions, the girls from nearby villages could finish their studies.
