एक तरफ सुप्रीम कोर्ट जहां वक्फ कानून के खिलाफ मुस्लिम संगठनों की याचिका पर सुनवाई कर रहा है.. वहीं मुस्लिम समुदाय से जुड़े लोग इस कानून के खिलाफ सड़कों पर उतर प्रदर्शन कर रहे हैं.. और आजादी के नारे लगा रहे हैं.. कुछ ऐसा ही प्रदर्शन हुआ कर्नाटक के मंगलुरु में.. दावा है कि जुमे की नमाज के बाद मंगलुरु के अद्यार कन्नूर मैदान में एक लाख मुसलमानों को बुलाया गया था.. ये प्रदर्शन वक्फ कानून के विरोध में था.. और इस प्रोटेस्ट के स्पॉन्सर और डायरेक्टर खुद काजी थे.. काजी और मुस्लिम धर्मगुरु समेत 25 से ज्यादा लोग मंच पर मौजूद थे.. और 2 हजार लोग…भारत में रहकर आजादी के नारे लगाने वाली इस भीड़ की सुविधाओं का ख्याल रखने के लिए लगाए गए थे.. इसी दौरान वहां आजादी के नारे गूंजे..

A similar protest took place in Mangaluru, Karnataka. It is claimed that after Friday prayers, one lakh Muslims were called to Adyar Kannur ground in Mangaluru. This protest was against the Waqf Act and the sponsor and director of this protest was the Qazi himself. More than 25 people including the Qazi and Muslim religious leader were present on the stage and 2 thousand people were deployed to take care of the facilities of this crowd living in India and raising slogans of freedom. During this time, slogans of freedom were raised there.
