राष्ट्रपति द्रौपदी मुर्मू ने 14 जुलाई 2025 को एक प्रेस विज्ञप्ति जारी की जिसमें उन्होंने केंद्रशासित प्रदेश लद्दाख के उप राज्यपाल (Lieutenant Governor) के रूप में कविंदर गुप्ता को नियुक्त किया। इस नियुक्ति का उद्देश्य लद्दाख में प्रशासनिक स्थिरता और विकास को और भी मजबूत करना है।

President Draupadi Murmu issued a press release on 14 July 2025 in which she appointed Kavinder Gupta as the Lieutenant Governor of the Union Territory of Ladakh. The purpose of this appointment is to further strengthen administrative stability and development in Ladakh.
