On the morning of July 9, an Indian Air Force Jaguar fighter jet crashed in Bhanuda village, Churu district, Rajasthan. Eyewitnesses reported a loud explosion followed by flames and smoke. Two bodies, possibly the pilot and co-pilot, were recovered from the wreckage. The jet had taken off from Suratgarh Airbase near the Pakistan border. This marks the third Jaguar crash in 2025 after earlier incidents in Panchkula and Jamnagar. Rescue teams, including the Army and Air Force, are on-site.
