अवैध धर्मांतरण के आरोप में एटीएस की ओर से गिरफ्तार किए गए जमालुद्दीन उर्फ छांगुर पीर अपने गुर्गों को प्रशिक्षण दिलाने के लिए दुबई से कट्टर मौलाना बुलाता था। उनके साथ नेपाल में सक्रिय दावत-ए-इस्लामी की टीम भी होती थी। प्रशिक्षण के लिए ही उसने दो आलीशान कोठियों का निर्माण कराया था, जिसमें तहखाने की तरह कक्ष बनाए गए थे।
