सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने कांवड़ यात्रा मार्ग पर दुकानों और ढाबों में क्यूआर कोड लगाने के उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार के आदेश को बरकरार रखा है। मंगलवार को हुई सुनवाई में कोर्ट ने याचिकाकर्ताओं को कोई राहत नहीं दी और कहा कि सभी होटल और ढाबा मालिकों को वैधानिक नियमों के तहत लाइसेंस और पंजीकरण प्रमाणपत्र प्रदर्शित करना होगा। कोर्ट ने यह भी स्पष्ट किया कि वह इस समय अन्य विवादित मुद्दों पर विचार नहीं कर रहा है।
The Supreme Court has upheld the Uttar Pradesh government’s order to install QR codes in shops and dhabas on the Kanwar Yatra route. In the hearing held on Tuesday, the court did not give any relief to the petitioners and said that all hotel and dhaba owners will have to display license and registration certificates under statutory rules. The court also clarified that it is not considering other controversial issues at this time.
