Widespread protests erupted across India over alleged mismanagement in the SSC Selection Post Phase 13 recruitment exam. Aspirants and teachers gathered at Jantar Mantar under a “Delhi Chalo” call, demanding accountability and reforms. Protesters reported issues like abrupt exam cancellations, server crashes, unresponsive systems, and exam centers located up to 500 km away. Complaints also included poor infrastructure, such as cattle on the ground floor of exam venues and bouncers intimidating students. A teacher noted that SSC officials admitted to receiving over 55,000 complaints, raising concerns about the upcoming SSC-CGL exam with 30 lakh aspirants.
