Unknown attackers fired at YouTube influencer Elvish Yadav’s residence in Gurugram today. The incident occurred between 5:30 AM and 6:00 AM. Three unknown bike-riding miscreants carried out the attack, firing more than two dozen rounds at the house. Elvish Yadav was not present at home during the incident, but his office mate, colleagues, and caretaker were inside. Gurugram police officials, including the Crime Branch, are on the spot investigating the case and examining CCTV footage. This incident follows a similar attack on rapper Rahul Fazilpuria’s car on July 14th. The attack on Elvish Yadav’s home, looking at the marks on the wall, ‘clearly it looks like it could be possibly an attempt to terrorise, an attempt to scare’. The incident raises questions about law and order and security apparatus in Gurugram.
