In the Kolkata Law College gang rape case, the police has filed a 658-page charge sheet. The charge sheet was filed in Kolkata’s Alipore Court on the 58th day of the incident. It includes the names of the main accused Manojit Mishra, his two accomplices Zaib Ahmed and Pramit Mukherjee and college security guard Pinaki Banerjee. According to the charge sheet, the main accused Manojit Mishra had made several obscene videos of the victim through a hole in the exhaust fan in the wall. The videos have the voices of the accused and their voice sample reports have also matched. The accused was blackmailing the victim with those videos.
