In Bhind district of Madhya Pradesh, the DM and the MLA clashed with each other over the fertilizer crisis. BJP MLA from Bhind Narendra Singh Kushwaha raised his hand to slap Collector Sanjeev Srivastava. During this, he abused. The collector said that he will not allow sand theft, on which the MLA called him a thief. Supporters also kept raising slogans that Bhind Collector is a thief.
