After the 56th GST Council meeting, Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman announced that mid-size and large cars, motorcycles above 350cc, aircrafts including helicopters and aeroplanes for personal use, yachts, and other vessels for pleasure or sports will all be taxed at a 40% GST slab.
