नेपाल में 2 दिनों तक हुई जबरदस्त हिंसा के बाद अब हालात धीरे-धीरे सामान्य होते नजर आ रहे हैं. प्रदर्शनकारी युवाओं ने मंगलवार रात करीब 4 घंटे तक चली वर्चुअल मीटिंग के बाद सेना से शांति वार्ता के लिए अपना नेता चुन लिया है. हामी नेपाल के संस्थापक सुदन गुरुंग या काठमांडू के मेयर के बजाय Gen-Z युवाओं ने देश की पूर्व चीफ जस्टिस रहीं सुशीला कार्की पर भरोसा जताया है. अब आगे की सभी वार्ताओं में सुशीला कार्की युवा प्रदर्शनकारियों का प्रतिनिधित्व करेंगी. उन्हें चुनने का फैसला ऑनलाइन वोटिंग के जरिए लिया गया.
After two days of massive violence in Nepal, the situation is slowly returning to normal. The protesting youth have chosen their leader for peace talks with the army after a virtual meeting that lasted for about 4 hours on Tuesday night. Instead of Hami Nepal founder Sudan Gurung or the Mayor of Kathmandu, the Gen-Z youth have expressed confidence in the country’s former Chief Justice Sushila Karki. Now Sushila Karki will represent the young protesters in all future talks. The decision to elect her was taken through online voting.
