देश के कई इलाकों में भीषण बाढ़ ने हाहाकार मचा हुआ है.. बाढ़ का तांडव इस कदर कहर मचा रहा है कि गांव के गांव उजड़ रहे हैं… हर जगह तबाही का मंजर है. राजस्थान से लेकर पंजाब, गुजरात और उत्तर प्रदेश समेत कई राज्यों में हालात बिगड़ते हुए दिखाई दे रहे हैं.. दरअसल आगरा में यमुना नदी इन दिनों रौद्र रूप दिखा रही है.. यमुना का जलस्तर खतरनाक रूप से बढ़कर 500.02 फीट पहुंच गया है. जबकि, खतरे का निशान मात्र 499 फीट है. इससे नदी के किनारे बसे कई कस्बे, कॉलोनियां और गांव जलमग्न हो गए हैं.. यमुना का जलस्तर इतना बढ़ गया है कि वो अब ताजमहल की दीवार तर पहुंच चुका है. कहा जा रहा है कि 1978 के बाद ये पहला मौका है जब यमुना का पानी ताजमहल की दीवार तक पहुंचा है. जहां पश्चिमी गेट तक बाढ़ का पानी पहुंच गया है… तो वहीं ताजमहल के पीछे बने महताब बाग का गार्डन पानी से लबालब हो गया है. पंजाब में बाढ़ से हजारों परिवारों के घर उजड़ गए है…फज्लिका में तो हलात बहुत खराब है अभी भी घरों में बाढ़ का पानी घूसा हुआ है…खेत पूरी तरह डूब गए है..
