In Delhi’s Maharani Bagh area, a shocking incident has come to light where a woman from the Northeast accused ASI Virender Kumar of molestation during a police raid. According to a viral social media post, the officer entered a shop without a warrant, searched for liquor, and allegedly misbehaved with the woman, leaving her traumatized. The post triggered outrage and protests outside Ashram police station, with demands for strict action. Delhi Police claimed they recovered 40 liquor bottles in the raid and dismissed the molestation call as an attempt to pressure the officer. The ASI has been sent to district lines.
