In a shocking case from Rajasthan’s Bhilwara, a 15-day-old infant was found abandoned in a forest. His lips were sealed using glue, and a stone was stuffed in the mouth to silence his cries. Rescued by a cattle herder, the infant survived and is now receiving treatment.
