पाकिस्तान सिर्फ इसलिए चिंतित नहीं है कि उसका प्लान बांग्लादेश में विफल हो रहा है..बल्कि इसलिए भी चिंतित है क्योंकि पाकिस्तान जाने वाला भारत का पानी अब वहां नहीं जाकर भारतीय खेतों में ही बहने लगा है। ऑपरेशन सिंदूर के बाद जिस वाटर स्ट्राइक की चर्चा है। पाकिस्तान को सूखा रखने का जो प्लान है।उसका पहला चरण पूरा हो गया है। रावी नदी का एक बूंद भी पानी अब पाकिस्तान नहीं जा रहा। जिस पानी से पाकिस्तान में खेती होती थी, वो पानी अब कश्मीर के खेतों में हरियाली लाने लगा है। क्योंकि शाहपुर कंडी डैम प्रोजेक्ट अब पूरी तरह से तैयार हो चुका है। रावी नदी के अतिरिक्त पानी को रोकने के बाद अब इसका वितरण जम्मू-कश्मीर में ही शुरू हो चुका है। इसलिए अब हम पाकिस्तान के खेत सुखाने वाले एक्शन प्लान का विश्लेषण करेंगे। आपको बताएंगे कि रावी वाली फाइनल स्ट्राइक से आतंक का पोषक देश अब किस तरह से तड़पने वाला है। मित्रो, ऑपरेशन सिंदूर के दौरान ही ये स्पष्ट कर दिया गया था कि खून और पानी साथ नहीं बहेगा। भारत की तरफ से पाकिस्तान को जो जल-दान किया जा रहा है, वो बिल्कुल नहीं होगा। सिंधु जल समझौता रद्द करने के बाद भारत का पहला लक्ष्य रावी नदी के पानी को पाकिस्तान जाने से पूरी तरह रोकना था। क्योंकि रावी नदी पर शाहपुर कंडी डैम प्रोजेक्ट का काम लंबे समय से चल रहा था। अधूरे काम को तेजी से आगे बढ़ाया गया। विशेषकर जिस कैनाल से जम्मू-कश्मीर में पानी का वितरण होना है, उसे युद्ध स्तर पर पूरा किया गया। झील भरने के बाद अब उससे कनेक्ट कैनाल में पानी भी छोड़ा जाने लगा है।
