In this second Property Valuation Method we understand how to value a property using land and building method in Hindi. This method is particularly useful to estimate real estate valuation of an under-construction or new builder property in India. In land and building method, we calculate the costs of 4 major components separately i.e. land cost, building cost, marketing & overheads and builder margins. Accordingly, we arrive at the estimated value of a property.
