Bhojpuri superstar and RJD candidate Khesari Lal Yadav is facing trouble in Mumbai as the Mira-Bhayandar Municipal Corporation has issued a notice over alleged illegal construction at his Mira Road bungalow. The civic body claims that unauthorized iron angles and tin sheds were added without permission and warned that if Khesari doesn’t remove them, demolition action will follow at his expense. The bungalow also houses his personal studio, inaugurated just a year ago. Meanwhile, Khesari is busy campaigning in Bihar’s Chapra constituency, contesting his first election against BJP’s Chhoti Kumari. Reports suggest Khesari owns assets worth ₹24 crore.
