A major terror plot has been exposed following a car bombing near Delhi’s Red Fort on November 10, 2025, which killed at least twelve people. The investigation, now led by the National Investigation Agency (NIA), has uncovered a ‘white-collar terror module’ involving several doctors. Key conspirators have been identified as Dr. Muzammil, Dr. Adil, and Dr. Umar Unnabi, who is believed to have been driving the car during the explosion. A diary recovered from Dr. Muzammil’s rented room near Al-Falah University in Faridabad has been crucial, revealing names of suspects from Jammu & Kashmir and Faridabad and indicating the plot was two years in the making. According to the India Today report, ‘Terror Doctor’s diary has come out to reveal that the blasts were planned for two years’.
