CO की बैठक में एस जयशंकर ने आतंकियों के मददगार और समर्थकों को खुला चैलेंज देते हुए कहा कि आतंकवाद के खिलाफ भारत को जवाब देने का हक है. उन्होंने कहा कि SCO की स्थापना ही तीन बुराइयों ‘अलगाववाद, चरमपंथ और आतंकवाद’ से लड़ने के लिए हुई थी.
