In response, the Delhi government has established a high-level committee to investigate the circumstances of the student’s death. In a note found after his death, the student wrote, ‘I am sorry but the school authorities have harassed me.’ The police investigation is ongoing, involving the collection of CCTV footage and recording statements from the family and others to ascertain the facts.
