On November 18, a 10th-grade student from St. Columbus School in the upscale Delhi area of Gola Market tragically took his own life at Rajendra Place Metro Station. The student accused several teachers of mental harassment and bullying. His family revealed that he had been under immense mental stress for a long time due to continuous mistreatment at school.His family has demanded stringent action against those responsible and accused the school administration of failing to take action despite raising concerns over the victim’s mental health several times.
This heartbreaking incident triggered a protest by students and parents demanding justice and strict action against those responsible. Shaurya’s father shared their grief and the circumstances that led to this tragedy.
