In Delhi’s Laxmi Nagar, thugs forcibly dragged the victim from his home, then dragged him onto the street, stripped him naked, and brutally beat him. The footage also shows a police officer trying to pick up the victim’s clothes and give them back to him, but the thugs stood there defiantly.
