Shivam Mishra crashed his Lamborghini into a pedestrian in Kanpur’s Gwaltoli area, injuring lots of people. The accused fled the site of the incident, immediately after which the case was filed in the court. Kanpur tobacco businessman KK Mishra’s son was released on bail of mere ₹20,000 by the court – a downfall for the judicial system in the country.
This incident involves a series of misleading investigations by the police. A biker went flying for meters after getting struck by the car, stated eyewitnesses. The claim of a ‘dummy driver’ named Mohan, who is being blamed for the entire mishap. A fake affidavit prepared as proof! Bouncers are removing the car’s number plate! If this is not an attempt to remove evidence, then what is it?
