Veteran singer Anup Jalota has stepped forward to support his friend Rajpal Yadav, offering ₹5 lakh to help him during a tough legal battle. Rajpal Yadav is currently in Tihar Jail after the Delhi High Court rejected his plea for more time in a long-running cheque bounce and loan default case involving nearly ₹9 crore. In a video message, Jalota said that ups and downs are part of life and that friends must help each other during difficult times.
