A disturbing video from Badaun, Uttar Pradesh, shows a युवक allegedly assaulting three men in broad daylight. The incident reportedly took place in the Islamnagar police station area. According to the complaint filed by Abdul Salam, he and his companions Arif and Javed were passing through Rudayan town on February 15 when a scooter rider stopped them, abused them, and allegedly began slapping and assaulting them.
The accused, identified as Akshay, was later arrested on February 19 and sent to jail. Police say an FIR has been registered and further investigation is underway. Meanwhile, the Congress party has shared the video and targeted the BJP government, alleging religious bias. However, claims regarding the accused’s political affiliation have not been officially confirmed.
