जम्मू कश्मीर के पूंछ जिले के मेंढर इलाके में सुरक्षा बलों ने एक बड़ी आतंकी वारदात को होने से पहले ही रोक दिया। बता दें कि मेंढर इलाके में तलाशी अभियान के दौरान सुरक्षा बलों ने एक बड़े आतंकी ठिकाने का भंडाफोड़ किया है। इसके भारी मात्रा में असल बारूद बरामद हुआ है। जिसमें 2 IEDs, जिसमें एक 4.5 किलो की है, दूसरी छोटी IED, 2 चाइनीज ग्रेनेड, 1 पिस्टल, और भारी मात्रा में असल बारूद बरामद हुआ है। सुरक्षा बलों का मानना है इसका इस्तेमाल किसी बड़ी आतंकी वारदात को अंजाम देने के लिए किया जा सकता था, ऐसे में समय रहते सुक्षा बलों ने इस वारदात को रोक दिया हैं।
