The United Arab Emirates has revealed that over 1700 missiles and drones have been launched towards it since the conflict began with Iran, United States and Israel.
According to officials, more than 90% of these attacks were intercepted using advanced air defence systems. However, the situation has raised concerns in Dubai, a global hub known for safety and stability.
Iran has justified targeting the UAE due to its close ties with the US and Israel, especially after the Abraham Accords. The presence of US forces at Al-Dafra airbase also adds to the tension.
Residents in Dubai are now receiving alerts about potential threats, and the situation has impacted daily life and tourism.
