In Nashik, Maharashtra, a shocking case of sexual harassment and mental harassment of women employees in a multinational company has come to light. The police have so far arrested six people, including the company’s team leader and engineers. In the show we will tell the latest updates on this case.
In Noida, the protest by private company employees that was going on for the past three days suddenly turned violent on Monday. Large numbers of workers came out on the streets demanding salary hikes and other facilities. Angry workers created massive chaos in Sector-84 and nearby areas, pelted stones and set vehicles on fire. Traffic on the Delhi-Noida border came to a complete halt, leaving thousands of commuters stranded. The police are now trying to identify the “provocateurs” and “outside elements” behind the violence.
We will also discuss the West Bengal Assembly elections in the show. Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee and Union Home Minister Amit Shah are addressing multiple rallies. We will tell what promises they made and what speeches they delivered.
