A disturbing incident from Muzaffarnagar, Uttar Pradesh, where two youths are accused of harassing a mother-daughter duo late at night. The accused, reportedly under the influence of alcohol, allegedly passed obscene comments and abused the victims when confronted. The victim captured the entire incident on video and shared it on social media, helping police identify and arrest both accused. One of them is said to be the son of a former cabinet minister. However, within hours of arrest, both secured bails, sparking public outrage. The case raises serious concerns about women’s safety, misuse of influence, and the ease of getting bail in such cases.
