भारत दुनिया का सबसे बड़ा पाम ऑयल आयातक देश है
और हर साल करीब 9.5 मिलियन टन पाम ऑयल
का इस्तेमाल करता है। यह तेल रोजमर्रा की
कई चीजों में इस्तेमाल होता है,
जैसे साबुन, snacks, चिप्स
और बिस्किट आदि।
India is already facing pressure from a shortage of crude oil supplies due to the ongoing conflict in Iran and rising tensions in the Strait of Hormuz.
Now, a new concern has emerged: the palm oil crisis.
India is the world’s largest palm oil importer and uses approximately 9.5 million tons of palm oil each year. This oil is used in many everyday products, such as soap, snacks, chips, and biscuits.
