The Pakistani military and its intelligence agency, the ISI, have issued an unofficial directive regarding Masood Azhar. This order stipulates that no Pakistani TV channel, newspaper, or website is to broadcast or publish any news related to Masood Azhar. Furthermore—albeit in hushed tones—owners of all media organizations have been issued a veiled threat: should any information concerning Masood Azhar surface, they will have to face the consequences.
