CBI has made a major breakthrough in the NEET-UG 2026 paper leak case by arresting Pune-based chemistry lecturer P.V. Kulkarni. The agency claims Kulkarni was the mastermind behind the alleged leak and had access to the examination papers through his involvement in the exam process linked to the National Testing Agency (NTA).
