According to her, the emergence of new political parties is a positive development in a democracy because it creates more space for representation and debate. However, she stressed that a party’s manifesto, policies, and commitment to public concerns must match the aspirations of students and citizens. Support, she said, depends on issue-based alignment rather than party identity.
