High drama unfolded at the Patna Civil Court as popular educator Khan Sir arrived to move an anticipatory bail plea following a series of escalating events that began with a violent clash outside his academy in Patna’s Musallahpur at coaching hub on June 2. The dispute stems from an intense, long-standing rivalry over student selections and enrollment between Khan Sir’s academy and Roshan Anand’s ‘Gyan Bindu’ coaching institute, leading to cross-allegations, CCTV investigations, and the subsequent arrests of Gyan Bindu’s director on June 3 and two of Khan Sir’s guards on June 4 after footage allegedly showed them firing shots. With an FIR registered against him under the Arms Act at the Kadamkuan Police Station on June 5 and police teams mounting pressure on his campus, a massive crowd of supporters and students gathered outside the court premises under heavy security deployment as Khan Sir moved legally to prevent his arrest, while his legal counsel, Advocate Arvind Kumar Mavvar, coordinates his defense strategy inside.
