लखनऊ से कानपुर होकर नई दिल्ली जा रही गाड़ी संख्या 12003 स्वर्ण शताब्दी एक्सप्रेस पर गुरुवार (11 जून) की शाम फिरोजाबाद में पथराव की एक गंभीर घटना सामने आई है. इस पथराव में ट्रेन के एग्जीक्यूटिव क्लास (E-1) कोच का एक आउटर विंडो ग्लास (बाहरी शीशा) चटक गया. घटना के बाद रेलवे प्रशासन और सुरक्षा एजेंसियों में उस वक्त हड़कंप मच गया, जब यह जानकारी सामने आई कि इस ट्रेन में राष्ट्रीय स्वयंसेवक संघ (RSS) के सरसंघचालक मोहन भागवत भी यात्रा कर रहे थे. राहत की बात यह है कि घटना में कोई भी यात्री घायल नहीं हुआ है और संघ प्रमुख पूरी तरह सुरक्षित हैं.
Train No. 12003 Swarn Shatabdi Express, traveling from Lucknow to Kanpur via New Delhi, was hit by a serious stone pelting incident in Firozabad on Thursday evening (June 11). The stone pelting shattered an outer window pane of the train’s executive class (E-1) coach. The incident sent shockwaves through the railway administration and security agencies when it emerged that Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) chief Mohan Bhagwat was also traveling on the train. It is a matter of relief that no passenger was injured in the incident, and the RSS chief is completely safe.
