पाकिस्तान के कब्जे वाले कश्मीर पीओके में लगभग दो सप्ताह से जारी हिंसक विरोध प्रदर्शन और सैन्य कारवाही में 24 से 46 लोगों की मौत हो चुकी है। तनावपूर्ण हालातों के बीच मुजफराबाद और रावलकोट समेत पूरे क्षेत्र में शटडाउन से जनजीवन ठप हो गया। पूरे इलाके में शटडाउन से रोजमर्रा की जिंदगी थम गई। बाजार, बैंक, दुकानें, पेट्रोल पंप बंद है और इंटरनेट पर पूरी तरीके से प्रतिबंध लगा दिया गया है। मीडिया रिपोर्ट्स के मुताबिक 24 से ज्यादा लोग मारे गए हैं। जिनमें 20 नागरिक और चार पुलिस अधिकारी शामिल है।
