चंदा चोरी विवाद में SIT की रिपोर्ट आने के बाद अब कार्रवाई शुरू हो गई है, 8 लोगों पर FIR भी दर्ज हो गया है.. सभी आठों नामजद अभियुक्तों की गिरफ्तारी भी हो गई है, इसमें एक नाम चंपत राय के बेहद करीबी रामशंकर यादव उर्फ टिन्नू यादव का भी, चंदा चोरी में गिरफ्तारी के बाद अब नैतिक जिम्मेदारी लेने का वक्त आ गया है, अभी-अभी इसे लेकर बड़ी खबर आ रही है, सूत्रों का कहना है कि चंपत राय को ट्रस्ट के महासचिव पद से इस्तीफा देना होगा, उन्हें नैतिक जिम्मेदारी लेते हुए इस्तीफा देना पड़ेगा, अनिल मिश्रा को भी ट्रस्ट से इस्तीफा देना होगा, आपको बता दें कि चंदा चोरी विवाद में जिन 8 लोगों के खिलाफ FIR दर्ज की गई है, उसमें ना तो चंपत राय का नाम है और ना ही अनिल मिश्रा का नाम है.. जिसके बाद से ही ये सवाल उठने लगे कि, क्या SIT की जांच में चंपत राय को क्लीनचिट दे दी गई, हालांकि अब ये खबर आ रही है कि चंपत राय को अपने पद से इस्तीफा देना पड़ेगा, चंदा चोरी की नैतिक जिम्मेदारी लेते हुए, उन्हें अपना पद छोड़ना पड़ेगा, आपको बता दें कि SIT की शुरुआती रिपोर्ट में जो बातें सामने आई है, उसमें कहा गया कि चंदा की निगरानी में कमी हुई है, SOP को ठीक ढंग से लागू नहीं किया गया है.. जिसकी वजह से चंदा चोरी हुई है, और अब इस मामले में गिरफ्तारी के बाद बताया जा रहा है कि चंपत राय नैतिक जिम्मेदारी लेते हुए इस्तीफा देंगे

Breaking news suggests that Champat Rai will have to resign as the Trust’s General Secretary, accepting moral responsibility for the incident; Anil Mishra will also be required to step down from the Trust. It is worth noting that neither Champat Rai nor Anil Mishra was named in the FIR regarding the donation theft, which raised questions about whether the SIT had given them a clean chit. However, reports now indicate that Champat Rai will have to resign from his post, accepting moral accountability for the theft. The SIT’s preliminary report highlighted lapses in the monitoring of donations and a failure to properly implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), which facilitated the theft; following the arrests, it is now reported that Champat Rai will resign, taking moral responsibility for the matter.
