यूपी में अवैध निर्माण के खिलाफ लगातार एक्शन जारी है… यूपी में शहर-शहर अवैध कब्जों पर बुलडोजर गरज रहा है.. बड़ी खबर वाराणसी से आ रही है… वाराणसी में रेलवे की जमीन पर बनी अवैध मस्जिद पर बुलडोजर एक्शन की तैयारी चल रही है.. मस्जिद में नोटिस चस्पा किया गया है… और 20 जून तक रेलवे की जमीन से मस्जिद को हटाने का अल्टीमेटम दिया गया है… रेलवे की तरफ से जारी नोटिस में कहा गया है कि काशी रेलवे स्टेशन के एंट्री गेट की ओर, सर्कुलेटिंग एरिया के पास रेलवे की जमनी पर अवैध रूप से मस्जिद का निर्माण किया गया है… नोटिस में दावा किया गया है कि यह स्टेशन पर चल रहे विकास कार्यों में बाधा बन रहा है… रेलवे ने 20 जून मस्जिद हटाने का वक्त दिया है… दूसरी ओर अंजुमन इंतजामिया मसाजिद कमेटी ने भी रेलवे के नोटिस के बगल में अपना जवाब चस्पा किया है… कमेटी ने साफ कहा है कि यदि मस्जिद को हटाने की कोशिश की जाती है तो वह हर स्तर पर कानूनी लड़ाई लड़ेगी…
Action against illegal construction continues across Uttar Pradesh, with bulldozers actively clearing encroachments in various cities. A significant development has emerged from Varanasi, where preparations are underway to use bulldozers against an illegal mosque built on railway land. A notice has been affixed to the mosque, setting a deadline of June 20 for its removal from the site. The notice issued by the Railways states that the mosque was illegally constructed on railway land near the circulating area, close to the entry gate of Kashi Railway Station. It claims that the structure is obstructing ongoing development work at the station. Meanwhile, the Anjuman Intezamia Masajid Committee has posted its own response alongside the railway’s notice, clearly stating that if any attempt is made to remove the mosque, they will fight a legal battle at every level.
