The Top Story With Gonika Arora | New Paper Leak Bill Live Updates : पेपर लीक के खिलाफ सरकार ने जो नया बिल लोकसभा में पेश किया है. उसका नाम है Public Examinations, Prevention of Unfair Means अमेंडमेंट बिल. नया बिल पार्लियामेंट में पास होने के बाद 2024 में पेपर लीक के खिलाफ बने क़ानून की जगह लेगा.
ख़ास बात ये है कि ये नया क़ानून सिर्फ़ नेशनल टेस्टिंग एजेंसी के एग्ज़ाम पर ही नहीं , UPSC, SSC, रेलवे और सरकारी बैंकों के रिक्रूटमेंट एग्ज़ाम्स के अलावा सेंट्रल गवर्नमेंट की दूसरी भर्ती परीक्षाओं पर भी लागू होगा.
The government has introduced a new bill in the Lok Sabha against paper leaks, called the Public Examinations, Prevention of Unfair Means Amendment Bill. Once passed in Parliament, the new bill will replace the 2024 law against paper leaks.
The important thing is that this new law will apply not only to National Testing Agency exams, but also to recruitment exams for UPSC, SSC, Railways, and government banks, as well as other central government recruitment exams.
