A major protest over reservation reforms was held at Delhi’s Jantar Mantar.
The protesters raised several demands, including a review of the existing reservation system.
They called for greater focus on economic conditions and demanded a “quota within quota.”
They also sought minimum marks for admission to higher education and expanded EWS benefits.
The protesters further raised concerns over the SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act and higher education policies.
