Nepal floods have killed 626 people, with 2,478 still missing across Nepal and Tibet. After three days of rescue operations, Nepal has approved limited technical assistance from India, China, Australia and South Korea. Foreign experts will focus on tunnel rescues, forensic investigations and DNA identification, as rescue teams search for missing workers trapped inside hydropower project tunnels.
