आचार्य चाणक्य का मान्य था कि वास्तविक स्वतंत्रता के लिए नैतिक चरित्र और अजय सैन्य शक्ति दोनों आवश्यक है। सरकारी अस्पतालों में दवाओं के नाम पर जो भ्रष्टाचार चल रहा है उसे खत्म करने के लिए उसी तरह के नैतिक चरित्र की आवश्यकता है जिस मजबूती के साथ सेना अपनी शक्ति बढ़ाने में जुटी हुई है। भारतीय सेना जमीन से लेकर आसमान तक अपनी सामरिक शक्ति कोन लगातार अभैेद्य बना रही है। इसी रणनीतिक मकसद के लिए भारत अमेरिका और जापान जैसे शक्तिशाली देशों के साथ संयुक्त युद्धा अभ्यास कर रहा है। भारत और अमेरिका की सेना के बीच उत्तराखंड के ओली के जंगलों में वॉर एक्सरसाइज चल रही है। युद्धाभ्यास के दौरान सैनिक घने जंगलों में छिपे दुश्मनों को ढूंढने, इंडोर फायरिंग और चट्टानों पर रैपिंग करने जैसी घातक तकनीकों को निखार रहे हैं। तो दूसरी तरफ राजस्थान में भारत और जापान की वायुसेना एक दूसरे से अपना अनुभव साझा कर रही है। जापान के एयरफोर्स चीफ ने जोधपुर एयरफोर्स स्टेशन पर उड़ान भरी और यह उड़ान स्वदेशी लड़ाकू विमान तेजस में भरी गई।

Meanwhile, in Rajasthan, the Indian and Japanese air forces are sharing their operational experiences; the Japanese Air Force Chief flew a sortie in the indigenous Tejas fighter jet from the Jodhpur Air Force Station.
