IIT Bombay Director Shirish Kedar has signed the 18-point charter of demands put forward by students protesting after the death of second-year student Sahil Wakode. The demands include an independent probe into Sahil’s death, a Mental Health Task Force, changes to disciplinary procedures, faculty Code of Conduct, better counselling and greater student participation in decision-making.
