More than 2,000 citizens across the country have written to Chief Justice of India (CJI) Surya Kant, demanding a halt to the ‘Special Intensive Revision’ (SIR) process. They have also appealed for action to be initiated by taking *suo motu* cognizance of the Election Commission’s role.
