The farmers’ agitation against the Centre’s farm laws has gone international. Tweets by renowned pop-star Rihanna and climate-activist Greta Thunberg favouring the protesting farmers have stirred up a hornet’s nest with the Opposition calling it a hit at India’s reputation and the government taking a strong exception of the comments by the foreign celebrities. After International celebs extended their support to ongoing farmers’ protests in India, trolls on social media started trolling them. Some ruling party members also joined them. One of them is Kapil Mishra, Delhi BJP leader. Kapil Mishra went too far to troll the celebrities supporting farmers’ protests in the national capital.
