Kulbhushan Jadhav is a retired officer of the Indian Navy, was arrested by security forces in Pakistan on March 2016. He was held on charges of “terrorism and espionage”. The top international court said Pakistan must grant consular access to Kulbhushan Jhadav and abide by the Vienna Convention.
