Indian Railways has canceled those tickets which were booked before the lockdown started. All tickets booked to travel on or before 30 June 2020 have been canceled. These tickets were booked before 25 March. However, it will not have any impact on Shramik Special Train and 15 Special Trains. The fare for the tickets that have been canceled will be refunded. Passengers will get a refund of the ticket amount.
In view of coronavirus, IRCTC has also started tracking people for booking from May 13 to facilitate contact tracing. Watch the video for more details.
