Film actor Vivek Oberoi apologizes to Mumbai Police after an e- challan and complaint registered against him for violation of traffic rules and epidemic rules. The actor and his wife were enjoying a bike ride on Valentine’s day. Actor himself posted the video on social media. Later the video got viral then Mumbai police filed a complaint against the actor on 19th February.
