Eligibility Criteria *
1. You need to be over 18 years of age
2. You need to be an Indian Citizen residing in India.
3. The Note 4 will be sent only to a valid Indian address.
4. The winner agrees to pay Rs 8,650 as Gift Tax.
5. Please do not email me regarding the giveaway or try to influence me doing so you will be removed from the contest.
Other Rules *
1. Winners would be picked from a set of jury designated by Samsung and me and Jury’s decision shall be final and binding.
2. The Winners will have to send a copy of PAN Card (Self attested), Photo ID Proof i.e. copy of driving license or Passport or Voter ID Card or Ration Card (Self attested), Address proof: Driving license / Passport / Voter ID Card /Electricity Bill (shouldn’t be more than 6 months old) (Self attested) for age and citizen verification.
3. For the Winner Upon receipt of the documents and after verification of the information provided by the Winners, Samsung shall dispatch the Prize to the Winners through courier at the address which is mentioned on the address proof submitted by the Winner. The Winners shall be sent emails informing them of the POD number / Airway Bill Number (AWB) for the courier enabling them to track the status of their Prize.
4. In the event Winners are unreachable, ineligible, or fails to claim the Prize within the stipulated time, the Prize shall stand forfeited and another winner would be selected.
